Park Square Sagami-Ono Nishimatsu is building a 5-block, 32-floor residential complex in Sagami-Ono, a suburban bedroom community outside of southwest Tokyo. This major development, constructed on a 17,000m2 lot, will have 718 residential units. With a central tower of 106m, it will be the tallest high-rise development in the neighborhood. The residential blocks will stand among belts of greenery and parks, and a Center Plaza building will provide a space for residents to meet and socialize, as well as for clinics, nurseries and audiovisual facilities, creating an attractive living space with a rich variety of communal facilities. (The project is scheduled to be completed in February 2009.)
