[Qualitative information on Non-Consolidated Orders Received]
Non-consolidated orders received for this quarter came to around 251.2 billion yen, down 1.2% from the same period of the previous year. The main factors can be attributed to a decrease in the overseas and domestic-public sectors, but the domestic-private sector increased 28.5% due to a recovery in private equipment investment. The domestic sector increased 10.7% from the same period of the previous year, fully making up for the decrease in the domestic-public sector.


(2) Events that had a significant impact on the financial condition and business performance of the Company during this quarter :
There were no extraordinary matters during the 3rd quarter.
