[Qualitative information on Non-Consolidated orders received]

Non-consolidated orders received for this quarter came to around 259.7 billion yen, up 3.4% from the same period of the previous year. The main factors can be attributed to an increase in  orders received for civil engineering work in the domestic-public sector,  approx. 11.3 billion yen, or 40.2% compared with the same period from last year, and a firm increase in orders received for building construction work in the domestic-private sector,  approx. 8.1 billion yen, or 5.1% compared with the same period from last year.
As a result, domestic sector work increased approx. 5.3 billion yen, or 2.3% compared with the same period from last year.

(2) Events that had a significant impact on the financial condition and business performance of the Company during this quarter:
Sales of some fixed assets occurred.
