Overview of Clark Quay Station Site and Tunnel Shaft

In June 1997, Nishimatsu was awarded the LTA North East Line Contract 708. It is part of Singapore's Land Transport Authority's plans to expand mass transportation infrastructure throughout the island republic. The S$5 billion, 20km-long subway project includes 16 underground stations, extending from the North Terminal at Punggol Station to the East Terminal at the World Trade Center Station. Nishimatsu was also successful in being awarded a contract for LTA's Changi Airport Line. These new lines will complement existing and future mass transport systems in Singapore.
